On Sunday at 11:30 a.m. we received the good news that Tim's little sister, Mary, was at the hospital to deliver her baby. We decided to drive up to Logan after we taught our lesson at church. We were hoping that she would deliver the baby while we were there, but if not, we wanted to show our support to Mary and Cam. Plus we thought it would be fun to see and visit with the rest of Tim's family.
When we were pulling in to Logan, we called Tim's sister, Keri Beth, and she told us that they just broke Mary's water and she was dialated to a 6. Since we knew Mary wouldn't be having the baby too quickly, we decided to meet everyone at Willow Park in Logan.
Addison loves going to any and all Parks. Her favorite part is going down the slides. She is getting to be such a big girl. She climbed all the stairs and went down the little slide all by herself.
Here are some pictures of Addison and her cute little cousin Marlie on the swings. Addison used to hate swinging on the swings, It was just a few weeks ago that she has started to enjoy the swings.

While at the park, we also walked around and looked at the different animals, which brings me to a funny story. A few weeks ago, Tim and I were talking about going to Hogle Zoo, when Tim mentioned that he had never been there before. He said that he only remembers going to the zoo in Logan(except for a family trip to the San Diego Zoo). Since I had lived in Logan for 3 years going to school, I knew that they didn't have a zoo there. Tim said, "they have monkeys, coyote's and bobcats, that's a zoo." Well sure enough, when we walked around, Tim had to point out every sign that said zoo on it. I'm still not sold though. When I think of a zoo, I think of giraffes, hippos, elephants, and bears, not coyotes, turtles, and ducks. In any case, Addison loved looking at the monkeys and the other small animals at the "zoo".
After the park and the "zoo" we headed to the hospital to go and visit Mary and Cam. While we were there Mary hadn't progressed anymore. We tried to stay as long as we could but it was getting late, and since we had a little drive ahead of us, we decided that we should start to head home. On our way home Tim's mom called to tell us that Mary was going to have a C-section. We were really sad that we missed seeing the baby, but we are happy to know that everything went well and that Mary and baby Hudson are doing great. Once Mary is out of the hospital and updates her blog I will post some pictures of our handsome little nephew.

Oh! That is so awesome! Can't wait 'til it's me in Logan hospital :) Addison just gets cuter and cuter I swear. My nephew Noah is afraid of swings, I wonder if he'll ever grow out of it like Addi did. Love seeing knew posts and what's going on in your lives. Miss you guys!
Well, at least you had a good time with family. I miss Logan. We should plan a weekend up there just to play. :)
We got a call during church that Nick's sister was in labor so we left during sacrament... sorry we missed your class! Funny we did the same thing.

You are right! I can't believe there are monkey's in
Logan!!! That seems weird. You should take Addison to see some Giraffes.

I'm with you, Willow Park is NOT a zoo! Hogle Zoo IS a zoo! :)
