It's Time For An Update

Wow, where has this month of August gone? I swear August has just flown by. Well I thought I should do an update of what we have been up to. Really, we haven't done too much, just watching the Olympics and trying to get ready for the new baby. Tim and I are the worst procrastinators. We figured that since the baby will be here in less than two weeks that we should start putting the room together(I know we are really awful). So this last weekend we finally put the baby's room together and it's pretty much ready. (I will post some pictures of the room soon.)

Well here are a few things that have happened this month:

Tim and I both had our 10 year High School reunions this month. My reunion was on Friday August 1st at Wheeler Farm. Tim's was Saturday August 2nd, up in Tremonton at Marble Park. At first Tim and I weren't sure how we felt about going to our reunions. I mean I was 35 weeks pregnant and all, but I am really glad that we decided to go. It was a lot of fun catching up and visiting with old friends, and meeting some of Tim's friends that he went to school with. We forgot the camera so I had to steal some pics off of my friend's blog. (thanks Michelle)

I also turned 28 on 08.08.08, tell me that isn't the coolest birthday ever. I had a great birthday, we celebrated the Sunday before with Tim's family and then on the 7th we celebrated with my family. Sorry no pics, we forgot the camera again. Tim took me out to dinner on my birthday and made it a really fun day for me. Thanks for all the emails, texts, and phone calls.

So really, this month has mostly consisted of trying to get ready for the baby. It has come so fast and we are so excited for our new little girl's arrival. As for an update on my pregnancy. I am still feeling pretty good. I just had my weekly doctors appointment and I'm dilated to a 3+. My doctor doesn't think I will make it to my induction date which was set for the 5th of September. So really the baby could be here any day. We will keep you all posted.
