Addison likes to get out the wipes and diapers for her baby dolls. She also loves to put her cabbage patch doll in Drew's car seat and buckle her in. She will hold her baby doll and rock her to sleep while saying, "Shhhh, Shhhh" And lastly, my favorite thing she has learned by watching mommy (sarcastically speaking) is . . . feeding her baby. Yes that is right, Addison loves to feed her baby. The first time she did this I was out running errands. I came home and Tim said, "Guess what I saw Addison do today?" I had no idea so he proceeded to tell me that Addison climbed up onto the couch, grabbed the boppy, lifted up her shirt, put the her baby up to eat, while making this sucking noise. At first I didn't know if I should laugh or be embarrassed. Later that day without saying anything to Addison about it she climbed up to feed her baby. It was quite comical. Since then she has done this several times so I decided to take a picture.
So there is our little mommy in the making.

So "feeding time" is the part of the mommy duties that kids remember most huh? That is awesome, Addy is ready for motherhood already. I love those pictures, too cute!

Addison is sure a cutie! Makayla "fed" her babies after Clara was born and also after Holden was born. They pick up quick the things that you do.

That is so funny. Jacey did the same thing - which is funny because I didn't even nurse Londyn. So I'm not sure who she's been watching!

Those pictures are soooo cute!! At least she is a girl.... Dyson and Savannah like doing the same thing. Addison is adorable!! By the way, how is life with 2 treating you?
My 3 year old, Saedy does these exact same things. Every time I go to put Bayley in her carseat, one of Saedy's dolls is in there. :) These pictures will be fun to show her when she gets older!

That is funny! Kennady did the same thing, and nursed all her dolls and animals. I love it.
I was so happy to read that my little girl wasn't the only one to feed her dolls! Your kids are so cute! Bethany will be here with her little baby for 2 weekd at thanksgiving time. That would be fun to all get together and see the new little babies. :)

That is the cutest thing! goes to show little kids watch us more then we think, they pick up on things so easy, that is just so cute I think!
