Well I decided that it would be a very long post if I wanted to write all the instructions on my blog, but I noticed that Emily had a link to the instructions on her blog. So instead of writing it all out again, just click Blog Design Instructions to go to to the blog sight. (thanks Emily!!)
I'm not a pro, but if you need any help or have any questions let me know, and I would be happy to help you. Or if you want me to email you the instructions I can do that too.

Thx to both you and Emily! My background covered the entire blog but once I added: background:$bgcolor; to the Outer Wrapper code, it was all good. :)
